The Indo Pacific Research Awards Conference (IPRC) is an esteemed annual event that operates as a self-sustained, non-sponsored initiative. To maintain its independence and ensure the highest quality experience for all participants, a registration fee is essential.
This fee serves as the primary source of revenue for organizing and executing the event. It covers a wide range of necessary expenses, including—but not limited to—venue rental (banquet halls or conference centers), administrative operations, hospitality services, professional service charges, web development and digital content management, design and printing of materials, accounting and documentation, service taxes, and general event logistics.
By contributing through the registration fee, participants help uphold the integrity, transparency, and excellence that IPRA is known for. It also ensures that every aspect of the event — from planning to presentation — is handled with professionalism, offering a seamless and enriching experience for researchers, professionals, and attendees from across the globe.
In essence, the registration fee is an investment in both the quality of the event and the value it delivers to every awardee and delegate.
