Terms & Conditions for Paper Submission and Awards

Eligibility

Researchers, academicians, scholars, professionals, institutions, and students from all disciplines are eligible to submit research papers.
Submissions must be original work and should not violate any copyright, plagiarism, or ethical standards.
Previously published work may be accepted only if clearly disclosed during submission.

Research Paper Submission

All submissions must be made through the official IPRA submission process.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy, originality, and authenticity of the submitted content.
IPRA reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions to any submission without obligation to provide detailed feedback.

Peer Review & Evaluation

Submitted papers undergo a review and evaluation process conducted by subject experts or review committee members.
Evaluation criteria may include originality, relevance, methodology, contribution to the field, and academic merit.
The review outcome and decision of IPRA shall be final and binding.

Awards & Recognition

Research papers selected through the evaluation process may be considered for:

  • Research Awards
  • Conference presentations
  • Certificates of recognition
  • Award titles, categories, and recognition types are determined solely by IPRA.
  • Selection for awards is based on merit and review outcomes, not guaranteed by submission alone.

Conferences & Events

Selection of a paper does not automatically guarantee conference participation unless explicitly stated.
Conference formats (physical/virtual), dates, venues, and schedules are subject to change.
IPRA reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events when necessary.

Fees & Payments

Submission, evaluation, conference, certification, or award-related fees (if applicable) must be paid through the authorized payment gateway.
All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-selection or event changes.
Payment of fees does not guarantee award selection or publication.

Publication & Usage Rights

By submitting a paper, authors grant IPRA the right to:
Review, evaluate, and display the research
Publish abstracts, titles, or author details for promotional or academic purposes
Full publication rights remain with the author unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ethical Standards

IPRA maintains strict ethical guidelines.
Any form of plagiarism, data manipulation, or misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification.
IPRA reserves the right to revoke awards or recognition if ethical violations are discovered later.

Certification & Documentation

Certificates, awards, or recognitions are issued only to selected candidates.
Digital or physical certificates may be provided based on the program type.
IPRA is not responsible for the misuse of certificates by recipients.

Limitation of Liability

IPRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
Decisions made by the review committee and governing body are final and not subject to dispute.

Acceptance of Terms

Submission of a research paper and/or payment of any associated fee constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
